Kathmandu : At a regular press conference organized by the Ministry of Health on Thursday, ministry spokesman Dr. Vikas Devkota said that no one was found infected in corona virus test, carried out Sunday to Thursday.
So far, a total of 2,895 tests have been conducted, out of which, there have been 2,372 tests in the valley and 513 out of the valley.
In the five days since Sunday, a total of 1,454 people have been tested and all those tests have been found to be negative. As of last Saturday, a total of 1,441 people had been tested while nine had corona infections, one of them has been already healed.
According to spokesperson Devkota, so far in Nepal, therea are 7,940 people in Quarantine and a total of 117 people are in isolation. Of the isolates, there are 18 in the valley and 99 outside the valley.
Spokesperson Devkota said that in order to increase the scope of the test, a test kit has been sent to every province at the rate of five thousand.
