Kathmandu : Coronavirus infection has killed 14 Nepalese in different countries in the world. According to the data compiled by the Non-Resident Nepalese Association (NRNA) fourteen Nepalis have died in the UK, US and UAE.
According to data compiled by the Health Committee under a high-level committee headed by Kumar Pant, the president of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (UNHCR), 8 have died in the UK, 5 in the US and 1 in the UAE.
Similarly, the health committee coordinator of Dr. Sanjeev Sapkota said that 675 non-resident Nepalese were infected with Corona virus.
According to him, in the US 500 more Nepalese have been infected and in Britain there are 100 more infected. Likewise, infections have been confirmed 18 in Spain, 4 in Germany, 22 in Portugal, 9 in Australia, 4 in Saudi Arabia, 5 in Kuwait, 1 in Japan, 1 in Malaysia and 1 in Hong Kong.
In Nepal so far, 12 in 4,426 people have been corona infected while samples have been collected. One of them has been healed while no one has died.
