Night Club LOD donates PPE sets to government and food to the general public during lockdown

Kathmandu : Kathmandu’s popular nightclub Lord of the Drinks (LOD) has given Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in various district to help the government prepare against Covid-19 and provided food assistance to the poor people of ward no 26.

As part of its social responsibility campaign, the LOD handed over 50 PPE set for Kanchanpur district to, Minister of Drinking Water, Dr Bina Magar and 50 PPE set for Kailali district to, Minister of Industries, Lekhraj Bhatt.

Similarly, LOD has handed over 100 PPE sets for the cleaning staff of Kathmandu Municipality ward no 26. In addition, LOD has distributed food packages to about 500 people in the Thamel area.

These packages include 5 kg rice, 1 kg lentils, 1 kg beans, 1 kg potato, 1 kg salt and 1 liter of oil.
