Kathmandu : The Thaha municipality has arranged transportation for the pedestrians who have traveled from Dhading to Lalbandi municipality of Sarlahi.
City Chief Lavasher Bista informed that they were sent on morning of Baishak 6 by arrangement of transport to Chuuria border area of Makwanpur district. They were sent in three vehicles.
Chief Bista said that the pedestrians were being transported in the vehicle to Chure of Makwanpur in coordination with the police post and the district police office. After the lockdown by the government for the prevention and control of the corona virus, about 101 of them arrived at Chitlang, Thaha municipality-9 on the evening of Baishak 5.
The pedestrians and 16 children, who came with them, were provided food and shelter for the evening. They said they were laborers working in various brick kilns in Dhading Jeevanpur.
Aheb Maheshwar Lamichhane of the Chitlang Health Post said that the laborers were all tested in the night. Aheb Lamichhane said the health condition of all the examined persons were normal.
