Kathmandu : Chinese tourists stranded in Nepal due to the lock down have urged to make arrangements to return to their country.
The stranded Chinese tourists who reached the Tourism Board at Bhrikutimandap in Kathmandu have displayed placards demanding to be allowed to return home.
About 25-30 Chinese tourists carried banners reading “We want to go home.” They said that there was no flight to China and there was no option to leave Nepal.
Due to the lock down imposed for the prevention and control of corona virus, they have been stopped in Nepal.
According to them, more than 400 Chinese tourists are stranded in different parts of Nepal.
