
Kathmandu : Four people, who were undergoing treatment at Shukraraj Tropical and Communicable Diseases Hospital in Teku, Kathmandu, have been discharged on Thursday.
They had been discharged after the last two reports came negative. Two are from Bhaktapur and two from Kathmandu.
According to Dr Sagar Raj Rajbhandari, director of the hospital, there are two men and two women to be discharged. A man and a woman from Bhaktapur and a woman from Kathmandu were admitted to Teku Hospital on Bhaisak 31.
The infected men recruited that day are armed police. The woman is and employee of a health institution. Another woman is a resident of Chandragiri. Details of one more person have not been released yet. They have been discharged on the ninth day.
He informed that another infected person is undergoing treatment at the hospital. With these four, the number of people discharged after treatment for coronavirus infection has reached 49.
