At least 76 people Killed in Pakistan Plane Crash

Kathmandu : A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) passenger plane flying from Lahore has crashed into a residential area of Karachi, killing at least 76 people.

At least two passengers are confirmed to have survived the crash. Mayor Wasim Akhtar informed that at least 5 or 6 houses were destroyed due to the fall of the plane.

Details are yet to come as to whether there were any people in the damaged house or whether they died.

Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan has taken to social media to express his deep sorrow over the accident.
