Kathmandu : Corona infection has been confirmed in 16 more people in Kapilvastu and Rupandehi. Of the 16, 15 are from Kapilvastu and 1 from Rupandehi.
A PCR test conducted at the State Public Health Laboratory in Bhairahawa confirmed the infection in 15 people of Mayadevi village of Kapilvastu and one person in the quarantine of Sainamina municipality of Rupandehi.
All the infected came from different cities of India. Their health condition is normal. At the same time, the number of corona cases has reached 124 in Kapilvastu and 44 in Rupandehi district.
There are 170 people infected in Banke district, five in Nawalparasi West, seven in Bardiya district, 20 in Dang district, four in Gulmi district, three in Rukum East and two in Arghakhanchi.
According to the statistics of the Ministry of Social Development of the province till Thursday, the number of Covid-19 infected in Province No.5 has reached 380.
