Kathmandu : Corona virus infection has been confirmed in five health workers of Parbat Hospital. All the services of the hospital except emergency have been shut down after the health workers became infected.
Medical Superintendent of Parbat Hospital, Dr. Shishir Devkota, said that the corona was confirmed in five health workers of Parbat Hospital in a swab test conducted at the National Laboratory in Teku, Kathmandu.
Dr Devkota said the hospital’s non-emergency services were closed indefinitely after the corona was confirmed to five health workers.
Parbat Hospital has issued a press released today stating that the services of the hospital have been suspended.
At present, 30 corona infected people are being treated in the isolation of the hospital. Dr. Devkota informed that all the infected people came from India.
