Kathmandu : Police have arrested a man for making an obscene video of a 17 year old girl in Chitwan and posting it on social media.
Bureau team arrested 23 year old Suraj Shrestha, a resident of Gongby, Kathmandu, on Sunday for making on obscene video and posting it on a porn website. Bureau Spokesperson, Senior Superintendent of Police Navindra Aryal said that Shrestha was arrested for posting pornographic videos on a porn website.
Accused Shrestha is being investigated by the Kathmandu District Court with an extension of seven days, police said. He will be prosecuted for violating paragraph 9 of the Electronic Transactions Act, 2063, the bureau said.
