The death toll from corona in India has exceeded 28,000

Kathmandu : The number of deaths from corona virus (Covid-19) in India has exceeded 28,000.

According to the Indian Ministry of Health, 587 people have died in India in the last 24 hours due to corona virus. At the same time, the number of deaths due to corona virus in India has reached 28,099.

In addition, the number of people infected in India has exceeded 1.15 million. In the last 24 hours alone, 37,148 new cases of corona virus have been confirmed in India.

More than 318,000 people have been confirmed infected in India’s worst hit state of Maharashtra so far, while more than 175,000 people have confirmed infected in Tamil Nadu. Similarly, more than 123,000 people have been found infected in Delhi.

So far, 7,24,702 people infected with the coronavirus have recovered and returned home in India.
