The death toll from the corona infection has risen to 49

Kathmandu : Another person died from corona in Nepal on Tuesday.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, a man who died on Shrawan 9 has been confirmed infected today. At the same time, the number of deaths from corona in Nepal has reached 49.

A 65 year old man from Bungal 3 in Bajhang died on Shrawan 9, said ministry spokesperson Dr Jageshwor Gautam. He died at his home. He had reached Bajhang from Bangalore, India on Asar 24. The man had asthma.

With the addition of 311 infected people on Tuesday, the number of infected people in Nepal has reached 19,063.

On Tuesday, 5,032 corona tests were performed using PCR method . In addition, 353,307 corona have been tested using PCR method till date.
