Kathmandu : Another died at Koshi Hospital in Biratnagar due to corona infection.
A 47 year old man of Madhumara of Biratnagar Metropolitan City-8 died while undergoing treatment on Monday evening. Relatives brought him to Koshi Hospital on Sunday after he was diagnosed with health problems.
The hospital had collected swabs in isolation after showing similar symptoms to Covid-19. He died at around 5:30 pm on Monday. He tested positive for corona on Monday afternoon at the state public health laboratory.
Gyan Bahadur Basnet, chief of the District Health Office, Morang, said that he man admitted on Sunday died on Monday evening.
With the death of a man in Biratnagar-8, the number of deaths due to corona infection in Biratnagar has reached eight.
