Another dies of corona infection in Birgunj

Kathmandu : Another person has died in Birgunj due to corona infection. A 58 year old man living in Sugauli of Birgunj Metropolitan City-26 has died.

According to the doctor involved in the treatment, he died at 8 pm while undergoing treatment at Covid Special Hospital, Birgunj Health Care. He was referred to Birgunj Health Care Hospital from Terai Hospital after he was diagnosed with corona infection.

He was admitted to the hospital after both his kidneys stopped working and he was placed on a ventilator after his condition worsened while he was preparing for dialysis. A hospital source said that he died on the ventilator.

At the same time, the number of deaths due to corona infection in Birgunj has reached 35.
