Kathmandu : Another died of corona infection in Biratnagar. A 61 year old man of Morang’s Pathari Shanischare Municipality-2 died at the Neurp Hospital in Biratnagar on Saturday. He was admitted to the Neuro Hospital on Bhadra 3 due to health problems.
Although his swab was collected on Thursday, a positive report came after his death on Saturday, said Dilip Rai, mayor of Pathari Shanischare Municipality.
By then, the relatives had taken away the body. Rajesh Bhattarai, operational director of the neuro hospital, said that the relatives took the body saying that the corona report was negative but informed the administration after receiving the positive report.
Mayor Rai said that a Nepal Army team immediately took the body from the road and buried it.
