Corona infection confirmed in 1,573 more people in one day

Kathmandu : In the last 24 hours, 1,573 people have been confirmed to be infected with the corona virus (Covid-19).

A total of 10,123 samples tested in laboratories across the country confirmed the infection in 524 women and 1,049 men. At the same time, the total number of infected people has reached 73,394. Of them, 477 have died and 53,898 have been infected.

In the last 24 hours alone, 885 people have recovered from the infection.

The number of active infected people across the country is 19,019, according to the Ministry of Health and Population. Of them, 225 are undergoing treatment in ICU and 33 in ventilator. 10 thousand 698 people are in home isolation.
