One killed, three injured in truck-tractor collision

Kathmandu : One person was killed and three others were injured when a truck hit a tractor at Churiyamai in Makwanpur district.

The deceased has been identified as Lal Babu Yadav, 22, of Parwanipur Gaonpalika-1 of Bara.

Yadav was injured when a truck (Na 5 Kha 4164) hit a tractor (Na 3 Ta 6931) at Churiyamai in Hetauda Sub Metropolics-15 on Monday morning. He died while undergoing treatment at Hetauda Hospital. Three others injured in the accident are undergoing treatment at the same hospital, police said.

Police are conducting necessary investigation into the accident after taking the truck and its driver under control.
