Kathmandu : The body of a woman has been found in Janakpurdham, the provisional capital of Province No. 2.
According to the District Police Office, Dhanusha, the body of an unidentified woman was found buried in the frozen mud on the road near Pidari Paschimwari Toll Road in Janakpurdham Sub-Metropolitan Ward No. 13.
Spokesperson and Deputy Superintendent of Police Makendra Mishra said that the identity of the woman who was found dead in the frozen mud on the on the road from Janakpur to Kurtha could not be accertained. He said that the initial investigation revealed that the woman was killed as a scar was found on her neck and her body was found naked.
The body of the deceased has been brought to the Provincial Hospital, Janakpur for postmortem.
