Kathmandu : A child died after being hit by a tipper in Rupandehi on Monday.
The deceased has been identified as Rahubir Harijan, 8, of Mayadevi Village Municipality-8. He died on the spot when a tipper (Lu 1 Ka 1174) hit him on the road near the temple at Mayadevi Gaonpalika-8, Bishwakarma, police said.
Necessary investigation is underway after taking the tipper driver under control, police said.
