Kathmandu : Two employees of Rupandehi District Court have been arrested on charge of taking bribe.
A team deployed from the Butwal office of the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority has arrested court employees Sumit Chaulagai and Manoj Thapa on the charge of taking bribe of Rs 5,000 from the service recipient.
Assistant Spokesperson of the Commission Ganesh Bahadur Adhikari said that the surveyors Chaulagai and Thapa were taking the money from the service recipients saying that they would facilitate the survey of the lasd related case in the Rupandehi District Court.
He said that further investigation is underway on the two persons arrested from Bogadia in Rupandehi Kothamai Gaonpalika-1.
