Kathmandu : A motorcyclist has died after being hit by a van in Kalaiya Sub Metropolis-3 of Bara on Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as Duryodhan Chaudhary, 40, of Prasauni Gaonpalika-5 of Barakai when a magic van (Na 1 Ja 88 39) hit a motorcycle (Na 4 Pa 5124).
Chaudhary, who was injured in the accident, died at Kalaiya Hospital at 11:15 am, according to police.
The driver of the van involved in the accident has been taken under control by the District Police Office, Bara.
