Kathmandu : Police have seized 26 kg and 500 grams of cannabis from Paterwasugauli village in Parsa district.
The cannabis was recovered from the house of Rameshwar Panjiyar, a resident of Akher Toll, Patervasugauli-2 on Wednesday afternoon.
A spokesperson of the District Police Office, Parsa, said that 26 kg and 500 grams of cannabis, 1 cannabis crushing machine, 200 grams, 100 grams and a 50 grams lid and scales were recovered from Panjiyar’s house in two green plastic boxes, said superintendent Pralhad Karki.
Karki said that they were searching for Panjiar as he was absconding.
