Kathmandu : Eight persons have been arrested for stealing ward office in Bardiya.
Eight persons were arrested on Thursday on the charge of stealing three computers and other materials from the ward office of Badiyatal Gaonpalika-1 of the district.
Among the arrested are Yam Bahadur BC, 23, Kamal Khadka, 22, of Badaiyatal Gaonpalika-1, one child and 5 others, according to police.
Police said that further investigation is underway into the theft.
