Kathmandu : Police have arrested a man from Tribhuvan International Airport for using a fake passport.
Mahendra Bhandari, 44, of Sinamangal in Kathmandu, Sunsari, was arrested on Sunday on charges of using a fake passport.
It is alleged that Bhandari, who came to Nepal from a Himalayan Airlines flight, misused his passport number 3373277 and 0928196 in the name of Raju Poudel of Gorkha Dhuwakot-3.
According to the police, he used the passport to travel abroad several times. He has been sent to the Metropolitan Police Complex, Teku for necessary action.
