BFIN to issue 55,000 IPOs

Kathmandu : The Banking Finance and Insurance Institute of Nepal Limited (BFIN) is going to issue a maximum of 55,000 ordinary shares (IPO) to the public.

On Thursday, BFIN announced the issue of shares by appointing NIC Asia Capital Limited as the share issue and sale manager.

The company has stated that it will issue 55,000 ordinary shares with a face value of Rs 100.
