Four killed in road accident in Dolakha

Kathmandu : A Tata Yodha Vehicle has met with an accident in Bigu village municipality-4 of Dolakha district.

Dolakha DSP Bhesh Raj Rijal said that four people died in the accident. The deceased have been identified as Binod KC, 35, Ajita Khatri, 45, Radha Khadka, 52, and Chandika Thapa, 24, of Bigu-3.

A Tata pickup (3-01-023CH 7580) heading to Laduk from Charikot met with an accident Seventeen people have been injured in the accident. Acting Chief District Officer Badri Tiwari and DSP Rijal had reached the spot after the accident at 10:30 last night.

According to DSP Rijal, 10 of the injured have been shifted to Kathmandu and 7 others are undergoing treatment at the District Hospital Charikot.
