Kathmandu : Discussions have been held on the management of oxygen shortage in Dang. During the discussion held at Corona Special Hospital, Belzhundi, the supply of one thousand oxygen cylinders was required in Dang.
Ghanshyam Pandey, Chief of Tulsipur Sub Municipality and Dirghanarayan Poudel, Chief District Officer have been given the responsibility for one thousand and four hundred and fifty oxygen cylinders.
It has been decided that the Chief District Officer will write to Dang to provide the information about the oxygen in the factories and crushers and the Mayor Pandey will take initiative in the states and the Union.
Similarly, it has been decided to write to the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) to make arrangements for 24 hour refilling of electricity at the oxygen plant in Gogli.
Similarly, the relatives of the patients have to go to the hospital every day from 12 noon to 2 pm to understand about the corona infected patients in Belzhundi.
The meeting chaired by Padam Prasad Neupane, chairman of the Rapti Provincial Hospital Development Committee, said that the corona focal person of the concerned municipality should make a written recommendation to take the critically infected patients to Belzhundi Hospital.
Likewise, the meeting also thanked the Dang District Chamber of Commerce and Industry for providing 50 oxygen to the hospital.
The meeting was attended by Medical Superintendent of Rapti Provincial Hospital Tulsipur Binod Singh, Dang Police Chief Ganesh Chand, Ward Chairman of Tulsipur Sub Metropolis-18 Madhav Wali and Ward Chairman of Tulsipur 17 Thalraj Puri.
