Prohibition in Kathmandu Valley added till Bhaisak 29

Kathmandu : A prohibition has been extended in the Kathmandu Valley for one more week.

According to Chief District Officer of Bhaktapur, Prem Prasad Bhattarai, the meeting of the Chief District Officers of the three districts of Kathmandu Valley has extended the prohibition till Bhaisak 29.

The decision to open grocery stores and department stores in the Kathmandu Valley from 5 pm to 7 pm has been corrected. Bhattarai said that it has been decided not to allow the opening of grocery and depatment stores in the evening.

From now on, the shop will be open only from 7-9 am. A prohibition was issued in the Kathmandu Valley on Bhaisak 16.
