Prohibition issued in Rautahat from Friday

Kathmandu : As the number of corona infections is increasing, a prohibition has been issued in Rautahat from 12 midnight today.

The District administration Office, Rautahat, issued the notice on Thurday evening. A meeting held at the District Administration Office, Gaur on Thursday decided to issue a district-wide prohition by Bhaisak 31.

Prof. Indradev Yadav of Rautahat informed that the rate of corona infection has been increasing and it has been prohibited to prevent the situation. All services except essential services will be closed during the prohibition.

The information issued by the Rautahat administration states that the shops and bazaars cannot be brought into operation immediately. Indradev Yadav said that they have been instructed to close hotels and restaurants, gymnasiums, parlors, educational institutions and tuition centers.

In the case of government offices, except for providing essential services, the office is said to be running smoothly. At the wedding, a maximum of 15 people will be allowed to to walk in two vehicles with the bride and groom carrying banners.

According to Rautahat Police Chief SP Siddi Bikram Shah, the administration has issued a prohibition to strictly abide by the prohibition.

In case of issuance of prohibition, pedestrians will not be allowed to walk except for essential services and work. He He has warned that anyone who ignores the prohibition will be brought to justice.

As As of Thursday evening, nine people have lost their lives due to corona in Rautahat and the number of infected people has reached 251.
