Kathmandu : A person has died in a motorcycle accident at Sunwal Municipality-7 in Nawalparasi West.
Naresh Budha, 20, of Panchpuri Municipality-6, Surkhet, died on the spot when his motorcycle (Ba 96 Pa 4586) met with an accident on Wednesday morning. Rohan Rawal, 25, of Panchpuri Municipality-5, Surkhet, who was injured in the accident, is undergoing treatment at Tinau Hospital, Butwal.
Similarly, a pedestrian was killed in a truck collision at Surunga Chowk of Kankai Municipality-3 in Jhapa. Kamal Maya Kami, 71, of the same municipality-7 died on the spot after being hit by a truck (May 1 Ka 443) on Wednesday morning.
The truck driver has been taken under control by the police.
