Kathmandu : Switzerland has provided a large amount of health supplies to Nepal. Swiss Ambassador to Nepal Elizabeth Von Kepler will arrive in Kathmandu on Saturday with the health supplies.
It is understood that the list of materials that Switzerland is going to give to Nepal includes ventilators, oxygen concentrates as well as a large number of health items including antigen test kits and PPE.
Switzerland is sending five times more aid than five times more aid than health supplies from Spain, a health ministry official said. According to sources, Swiss Ambassador Kepler is scheduled to hand over the supplies to Health Minister Hridayesh Tripathi from Tribhuvan Airport on Saturday morning.
In May last year, Kepler, the Swiss ambassador, signed the PPE and the kit to the then health minister Bhanubhakta Dhakal.
