Kathmandu : A woman has died after a landslide hit an ambulance carrying a patient in Kaski. The patient died when a landslide fell on an ambulance carrying her in Madi village.
The deceased has been identified as Goma Adhikari, 83, of Madi Gaonpalika-9, Mugribensi. According to police, ambulance driver Subash Adhikari has been injured.
The driver had fled after the ambulance was swept away by the flood. He is injured. He is currently undergoing treatment in Pokhara.
