Two persons have gone missing after falling into a river while crossing the Sanghu in Humla

Kathmandu : Two persons have gone missing after slipping and falling into a river while crossing a wooden bridge in Humla. Jasya Rawal, 42, and Sunita Rawal, 16, have gone missing after falling into the river, police said.

It is learned that hey have gone missing from Kharpunath Gaonpalika-2 Thali of Humla and Yarba located at Kawadi border area of Bajura. Tara Rawal, a local, said that they went missing on Wednesday evening while they were going to collect herbs in the forest area of Bajura.

He says the search for the missing continues. It is said that about 30 people people of Thali village have gone to collect herbs. Residents of Humla, Bajura, Mugu, Bajhang and other districts go to Patan to collect herbs during this season.
