Kathmandu : The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has stated that the rescue work of Nepali citizens is continuing from Afghanistan. Today, a total of 35 people, including 26 and 9, have returned home from regular flights of Turkish Air and Jazira Air.
Meanwhile, a total of 504 Nepali nationals have been rescued from Afghanistan and returned to Kathmandu so far, according to a statement issued by the ministry on Saturday.
After their arrival, they have completed the necessary procedures including immigration and under the coordination of CCMC, they have been managed in the Holding Center managed by the Government of Nepal in Samakhusi by completing the process including testing of Covid-19 as per the health standards.
Similarly, 317 Nepalis have registered their details on the web portal of the Consular Services Department till 5 pm today, according to the Ministry.
