Kathmandu : A person has died after a rock fell on him while he was riding on a motorcycle at Katunje on the Roshi Gaonpalika-7 BP Highway in Kavrepalanchok this morning.
According to the police, two persons on a motorcycle (J 8 Pa 7490) heading towards Janakpur from Dhulikhel were injured by a stone and one died while undergoing treatment. According to Hari Khatiwada, Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Office, the deceased has been identified as Saroj Kumar Sah, 28, of Ramgopalpur in Mahottari.
The motorcyclist died while undergoing treatment at Dhulikhel Hospital. Sah’s body is still at the hospital, police said.
Satish Kumar Sah, 30, of Ramananda Chowk in Dhanusha was injuredin the incident and is undergoing treatment at the hospital. According to police, Sah sustained injuries to his abdomen and face and his condition is normal.
