Defendant arrested in duty life case

Kathmandu : Police have arrested the absconding accused in the case.

According to the District Police Office, Parbat, Kham Bahadur Rana, 44, of Paiyun Village Municipality-7 has been arrested.

He was sentenced to one year imprisonment by the Syangja District Court on Shrawan 20, 2073. He was absconding after the court’s verdict and was arrested by a team deployed from the District Police Office, Parbat.

Kham Bahadur has been sent to jail by the district court for payment of imprisonment.
