Man arrested for driving stolen motorcycle by making fake blue book

Kathmandu : The Metropolitan Traffic Police has arrested two persons on the charge of driving a stolen motorcycle by making fake blue books.

Dilip, 30, of Balaju, was driving a black and red 220 cc Pulsar motorcycle (Pradesh 3-02-014 Pa 7837) from Boudha with a fake blue book by changing the real number.

Nabin Koirala, 25, of Palungtar-9, Gorkha, was taken into custody along with his motorcycle, said Janak Bhattarai, Chief Superintendent of Police.

Durga Narayan Shrestha, a resident of Kamanpa Ward No. 32, had lodged a complaint with the Traffic Division alleging that the motorcycle was missing.

The motorcycle along with the arrested person has been sent to the Metropolitan Police Circle, New Baneshwor for investigation into the theft case.
