Kathmandu : Nepal Police have arrested a man for stealing three motorcycles.
A team deployed from the Metropolitan Police Division, Koteshwor, arrested Pulkit Thakuri, 21, of Baneshwor, Kathmandu on Friday night and made him public today.
Spokesperson of the Kathmandu Metropolitan Police Campus, Superintendent of Police Dinesh Raj Mainali said that Thakuri was arrested on a motorcycle with the registration number Ba 92 Pa 38.
“During the necessary investigation, it was found that two other motorcycles were also stolen from Thakuri,” he said. Spokesperson Mainali said that Thakuri had confessed to stealing the motorcycle from Lalitpur’s Mangal Bazaar.
Police have also recovered a Pulsar and Avenger motorcycle from Thakuri. Spokesperson Mainali said that the police is investigating Thakuri under Article 201 of the National Criminal Code, 2074 BS.
