Election of Nepal Bar on Chaitra 19

Kathmandu : Election of the 26th Central Working Committee of the Nepal Bar Association is scheduled to be held on Chaitra 19.

Election for the new 25 member executive committee will be held in the schedule mad public by Barr today. The working committee of the bar will have a chairperson, seven vice chairpersons in each province, one woman vice chairperson, one general secretary, treasurer and 14 members. According to the Bar, about 11,000 members from 90 bar units across the country will participate in the election.

The election of the new working committee has been decided as the three-year term of the working committee headed by the current chairman Chandeshwar Shrestha is coming to an end.
