Kathmandu : A person has been arrested from Rautahat along with Rs. 22 lakh. Mohammad Dilsad Alam, 27, of Paroh Municipality-1 Jingadwa Velvichhuwa was arrested on Monday from a road near Gaur Municipality-4 Bus Park.
